Krownly is an iPhone app for privately recording and reviewing hair and crown progress. Account information, videos, and analysis history stay on your device unless you choose to save a copy of a video to Photos.

Common Questions

How do I create an account?

Tap Sign Up on the first screen and enter an email address and password. Krownly accounts are local to your iPhone and are not sent to a server.

Why can’t I record a video?

Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → Krownly and enable Camera access. Enable Microphone access if you want audio in recordings.

How do I save a video to Photos?

Open Krownly Settings and enable Auto-save to Photos. iOS will ask for permission the first time Krownly saves media.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Krownly → Settings → Delete Account. This removes your local account, saved videos, and analysis history from Krownly. Copies previously saved to Photos remain in Photos and can be deleted there.
